Cancellation & Refund Policy
Customers may cancel their order any time before it has been accepted by the supplier. Once the order has been confirmed, cancellation is no longer possible, although the customer may choose to reject or request replacement of the product at the time of delivery in line with the applicable terms and conditions. The time frame for cancellation may vary depending on the product category, and once payment has been made and the order accepted by the supplier, cancellations will not be permitted.
In the event that the seller needs to cancel an order due to unforeseen circumstances such as unavailability of stock or logistical issues, a full refund will be issued for prepaid orders, or the customer may opt to receive substitute products as per their requirement. The seller reserves the right to decide whether or not to accept a cancellation request and also retains the authority to modify the cancellation period, conditions, or any applicable charges at its discretion.
